Comma Services, a startup at Bahria Innovation Center delivered their latest training of Science of Happiness in Bahria University on 18th of December 2019. Attendees from Islamabad campus and many universities of Islamabad Joined the training which is the first of its kind in Pakistan under the title of Science and skills of happiness 101, the training is the essential course of Happiness Drive, an initiative by Comma Services which aims to spread awareness and orientation for happiness skills in twin cities.
HAPPINESS DRIVE is a series of three levels of training-“The Science and skills of Happiness” It will offers scientific reasoning/researched based behind the study of happiness and practical strategies for tapping into and nurturing own happiness, including trying several activities that foster social and emotional well-being, and exploring how their own happiness changes along the way.
