We are pleased to announce that Bahria Innovation Center, Bahria University Islamabad’s incubated startup “Education On Click (EOC)” has received a seed grant of PKR 2 Million by the KP Impact Challenge, an Initiative of Prime Minster of Pakistan on 21 June 2019 in Peshawar. Provincial Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Tourism, Culture, Sports, Archaeology and Youth Affair Muhammad Atif Khan distributed the seed grant among the winners at the event. EOC is an educational SME imparting role in education while giving specially focus to elementary and higher secondary level education. EOC has mission in solving the educational problem in improving education and facilitate students and teachers in learning. They are developing an interactive learning application for English, Math and Science subject where majority of students fail each year and they leave study. These interactive learning applications will be enriched with animation/simulation, lecture videos and practice material while covering every concept of their textbook. The Impact Challenge is an entrepreneurial education initiative managed in collaboration between LUMS and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. A large portion of Pakistan’s youth has limited experience because of not having the relevant exposure. Through ‘KP Impact Challenge’ program, youth will be able to get a training platform to transform their ideas into reality.
