The project is in collaboration with Galvico and Pakistan Society for Training and Development (PSTD). The assessment center is especially designed and executed to identify employee competency through the use of reliable and valid testing tools. The project encompasses debriefing to participants on their strengths, weaknesses and developing areas. The program has been proven to enhance the efficiency of the employees and an overall improvement is shown in the environment of the organization.
