Wireless communication has become a crucial part of our lives (in terms of ease and comfort). Due to this, the number of users also arises (and becomes demanding for existing WLAN). Another demanding aspect is that of security (both public and tactical domains). The security aspect becomes somewhat troubling for Wi-Fi.

The basic functionality of the system is the conversion of light sources into transceivers using VLC (this addresses the need of human and machine centric communication in terms of throughput, latency, security and error rate). LiFi is also far more secure than other wireless technologies, this is because light can be contained in a physical space. We can create the conditions that allow us to shut the door on our wireless data The proposed model can transmit data (Image, Video and Text) in Mbps at a range of over 10 meters.

This system will overcome many of the drawbacks of traditional wireless communication systems quite easily.
