We provide a fully autonomous lungs analysis and diagnosis of tuberculosis. Whenever the volumetric scans are loaded into the system, the lungs are automatically extracted using cutting edge image processing techniques. The system identifies different lungs lobes for more in-depth analysis as the extracted lungs information is then passed on to the trained deep learning models for the automated diagnosis of TB.
